PERSONAL CARBON WALLET
The introduction of a personal carbon wallet for every individual citizen, containing a Personal Carbon Allowance (PCA) is one of the key elements of the Human CO2 agenda and central to controlling exactly what people can do and when they can do it. There are already many apps and websites where you can analyse your carbon footprint voluntarily.
You simply enter your household, transport, and lifestyle activity, and you will receive a carbon footprint evaluation followed by measures that you can take to reduce said footprint, like walk, use public transport or eat less meat.

However, under the guise of saving the planet, enforced; individual PCA’s will soon become a reality. They will be granted, controlled and monitored by the government and will begin with everyone having a baseline amount. Then, when you exceed your carbon limit, and if you can afford it, you will be able to buy more carbon credits from UN approved projects like those provided by corporations like Green Resources, and if you can’t afford it, then you will simply have to stop consuming until your credits are replenished.
It does seem such an alien concept, that our way of life could be altered in such a monumental way, which may be the reason why so many people do not see this Climate Change and Human CO2 hoax for what it truly is: The biggest threat to privacy, individual sovereignty and overall liberty that humanity has ever faced.
And it is already here, and very much underway.
The Åland Index, initially created by Ålandsbanken (The Bank of Åland) is a global index which provides a cost and CO2 emissions calculation for everything we can buy, consume or do. It has been welcomed by the UN, with the Climate Change Secretariat declaring; the data will be instrumental for, the global calculations on an individual level, which are to come.
The Bank of Åland, are also in partnership with with Trucost, a division of WEF partner S&P Global, who assess prices and risks relating to Climate Change, which; in conjunction with the Åland Index will allow all banks to integrate climate impact calculations with ease, using a cloud based solution, provided by WEF partner Amazon Web Services. They are also working in collaboration with the UN approved company Doconomy, who will provide services to track the CO2 emission of every transaction people make in collaboration with investor and WEF partner MasterCard.
Doconomy and their Do App, which monitors your every purchase while continually calculating your carbon footprint, is also connected to a credit card which will provide the platform with the power to facilitate seamless carbon tracking and the ability to offer offsetting services. Doconomy have even introduced their very own; Do Black, credit card, which will actually stop you making any further purchases once you have reached your carbon limit.
Japan has launched the Saison Card with integrated Carbon Wallet using Doconomy technology and with nearly 900 million MasterCard credit card customers globally, this, when the time comes, will see the Carbon Wallet project off to a good start.
The Behavioural Insights Team, which was created by the British Government in 2010 and although it became a separate company in 2014, it still retains many former British Government employees in its executive. They have partnered with a carbon footprint management company called Cogo which has existing partnerships with several UK banks, including NatWest, TSB, RBS, and Santander. They are currently investigating how banks should go about; nudging their customers to go green.
There is also Professor Paul Ekins of University College London (UCL) a colleague of the infamous behavioural scientist Susan Michie who was a part of the team that delivered; Sage’s Options For Increasing Adherence To Social Distancing Measures, which was accused of; using covert physiological strategies and tactics to terrorise British people into staying at home during the pandemic. Professor Ekins co-authored a paper which was published in Nature Sustainability. It is an extremely concerning read, which unsurprisingly, seamlessly interlinks with the UN Agenda 2030 and articulates in specific detail, the outrageous statements made by WEF Agenda Contributor and the former CEO of Rabo Carbon Bank, Barbara Baarsma in the video above.

There is no doubt that we are moving, at speed, towards this reality, however; in order to comprehensively roll out this agenda they have to be able to monitor everything that is purchased, which requires an entirely new way of using money.
