The website and goods are provided by Adapas ("we", "us", “our"). When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods.

These Terms set out the basis upon which we make this website www.adapas.org available to you.

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods ("goods") from the Adapas website. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. By using this website you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms please do not use the website. We may change these Terms from time to time so please review these Terms regularly.

We may issue you with a username, password and/or other access control for this website or certain parts of it. These are for your personal use only. You must not tell them to anyone else or allow anyone else to use them. You must not use anyone else’s passwords. You must tell us if you think your passwords are no longer confidential. You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

All sizes and measurements are approximate.
All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order.
Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only;
The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

Please note that the website will not be available at all times. It will be inaccessible during regular maintenance periods and it may from time to time be subject to emergency maintenance or be unavailable for other technical reasons. Like all software-based services the website cannot be promised to be free from errors or bugs. We will, however, use reasonable care and skill in fixing any problems once we become aware of them.

RETURNS

In accordance with our zero waste and no landfill policy all of our apparel is made to order one item at a time and therefore non-refundable. Please ensure that you are certain of your selection and your size before proceeding with any order. Please utilise size charts resources to assist you.

If your goods are faulty upon delivery you must contact us by email within seven days stating clearly the reason for the return, beginning the day on which the goods are delivered. You must have received a confirmation reply email from us prior to returning any goods, you then have fourteen days to return products to us unworn with labels intact again beginning the day on which the goods are delivered.

Please note we do not refund postage costs for despatch or return. Please supply your daytime contact telephone number and order number in any correspondence.

We reserve the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by relevant UK law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these Terms in a UK court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently, with respect and goodwill.
