WAR & PEACE
We believe one of the most important articles within our new draft Scottish Constitution is Article 143.

The power of the Scottish people to veto whether or not our country is insidiously drawn into more illegal wars, particularly wars perpetrated by the British State.
​
The British State's ongoing proxy war against Russia and their complicity in the ethnic cleansing being carried out in Palestine, not only threatens the peace of the Scottish people, it threatens the peace and stability of the entire planet, including our extended family in England, Wales and Ireland.​
It has never been more important that, as an independent people, we are able to declare our own foreign policy, policies which reflect the character of the Scots as the peaceful, welcoming and collaborative people we are. We must offer an alternative vision to that of the British State who, along with their United States (US) hirelings, are pushing the western world closer and closer to global war.
While Sir Keir Starmer, David Lammy and Jonathan Reynolds perform the pantomime of recognising Palestine and sanctioning Israel, they are simultaneously allowing the RAF to perform reconnaissance flights in and out of Cyprus to provide intelligence for the Israeli government. They are training Israeli soldiers: on British soil, while British companies are permitted to continue supplying the Israeli military with parts for their F-35 fighter jets, engines for their drones and munitions, facilitating the Israeli Defence Force's (IDF) ability to continue to indiscriminately murder children as they sleep and slaughter starving people as they queue for food and aid.

It all seems to be a good fit for Sir Keir Starmer, whose masterplan to kickstart the economy is to turn Britain into a war machine, making defence the engine for economic growth. Billions will be poured into six new munitions factories to support the manufacture of thousands ​​​​​of long-range weapons, with the goal of creating ​​a military that is; “more integrated, more ready, more lethal than ever” as he succinctly put it.
​
Combine this with Liz Kendall's drive to nudge people aged 16-24 into the military to reduce the benefits bill and the shadowy SERCO having just been granted a £1.5 Billion pound contract to provide; as declared in their press release; an end-to-end service from candidate attraction through to assessment, enlistment and onboarding. A whole new initiative to modernise the way the British Army attract and enrol fresh cannon fodder is well underway.

So; expect the adverts soon; with scenes of the young and diverse, the brilliant and beautiful; bonding, images oozing adventure, daring boat trips and beach parties, luring our sons and daughters, our brothers and sisters and our grandchildren into another bloody colonial war for continued bloody colonial expansion.
​
There will be no adverts showing people missing arms and legs or unfortunate, tortured souls with PTSD waking up in the middle of the night screaming, haunted by their memories of war, no romantic depictions of weekends spent sleeping in a shop doorway beside a sign begging for food.
And; as the solution to the societal issues we face as a country, can only be solved from the ground up, the same applies to ending this perpetual cycle of war, from people standing up and saying; no! No; to joining a war mongering British Army and from individual soldiers putting down their weapons, coming home; and joining the fight for peace.
